Testimonials

I only attended one meeting, but found it quite worthwhile.  I think I received many benefits from Execunet, but the primary takeaway was network, network, network.  My new position came from me talking with a trusted associate at my previous employer, who told me to talk to someone he had previously managed and left the company a year earlier.  That person then told me to talk with his bosses boss.  Two months and many interviews later, I received a base six figure offer.

Thank you again for the very helpful networking meeting yesterday evening at the Amerisuites Hotel. It was the second such session I have attended, and like the first in Oak Brook, I came away with some very useful contacts. I must say that I have participated in both your meetings and those of another networking group, and I like your smaller, more intimate sessions much better.

Wanted to share with you that I have accepted a position.  Please share with your Execunet groups that I got it through NETWORKING and your Execunet Groups were a big part of my successful search!

I have landed! Thank you for all the Execunet meetings that I attended, I believe it contributed to my landing because it was through networking that I found this position.  I met Mr. X, my network contact first at one of your Oak Brook meetings and we ran into to each other several times after that on the networking trail. Mr. X was consulting at Co. A and then landed a fulltime role at Co. B and referred me to the hiring manager and that is how it played out.

I wanted to let you know that I have accepted a position as Vice President  of Operations!  This position was the result of Networking Group lead!!! My advice to anyone in the search process is simply network, network, network!! Leave no stone unturned, try anything and everything and then determine where you getting the best returns. I worked the job search process very hard for five and a half months. I received leads all ways...letters, direct network calls, recruiters, mass mailings, networking meetings, etc. I spent an average of six days a week and 10 to 12 hours a day at the search process. I was open to relocate worldwide if necessary.  Thank you for your help, support and assistance in the search process.

I wanted to let you know that I was offered and have accepted a position as VP/CTO. While it was not a direct result of the networking session that you facilitated, it was the result of a networking effort on my part.  I plan to continue to come to your roundtable sessions. The one on Tuesday was invaluable!

I think ExecUnet is the best "senior" networking group in the Chicago area

Just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed the meeting earlier this week. Met at least three people with whom I'd like to stay in touch.

I have accepted a position as Sr. Director, HR with Sunrise Assisted Living here in Buffalo Grove.  Please share with your ExecuNet groups that I got it through NETWORKING and your ExecuNet groups were a big part of my successful search!

I have accepted a position as VP of Operations.  I really enjoyed your networking meetings. They have been the most effective to me, stimulating more real manufacturing contacts than any of the other events I attended. I am planning to stay connected with my network and will probably show up at your meetings in the coming months to stay current and continue to look for that perfect job. Thanks again for your help and support!
